Seeking adventure and salty pirates? You’ve come to the right place. I’ve been sailing around Mexico on my boat for the last 7 years. I’ve met a lot of legendary cruisers and characters along the way. Many boats take on crew these days. It’s a risky endeavor for all participants. I’ll share what I’ve learned from others, along with my experience in Mexico. I’ve welcomed aboard over two dozen crew from 14 different countries. I’ll probably catch some crap for sharing all this information. “You shouldn’t be empowering crew! They should stay before the mast and swab the deck!
